Fall semester has come and gone. You've had one month of continuous training under your belt after a long 2+ month layoff and there are 3 months left in the Spring semester. Now is the time to focus on the what and why? What do you want to do, why do you want to do it and how does Buff Class help? Respond in the comments and answer the questions listed below.

What do you want to achieve in the next three months? Is it make a soccer team, complete a 5k run, do 50 pushups nonstop? Be specific.

What do you want to achieve in the next three months?
Something that i just want is to get my body stronger and faster to be in shape to achieve my goal as a pro soccer player,but first play college soccer in Harbord.
How can buff class help you achieve your goals?
It helps me achieve my goals because it benefits me and others to stay in shape,work hard to finish what we started,and learn to be healty.
What do you need to do to get the most out of buff class?
Well is to do every activity as well as i can to emproved my physical.
Have you noticed any changes either physical or mental,since buff class started?
Yes,one thing that I noticed is that my legs got stronger as well as my arms.
Knowing what we have,how could class be better?
One thing is to learn what things to eat to live a healty life as Joseth said,but also we should make the class more fun like playing a game but as well working out are body.

In the next three months i want to grow muscle and last longer in running

To get the most out of Buff class is do every thing properly and not rush it

Ofcourse, ive for sure gotten more muscle in my legs

Class could better by mixing workouts with games but still be effective

> Of course I have. Who hasn't?
I feel stronger and healthier.

> Buff Class is already great, its just maybe the guys should stay a little more under control, I think we could do more things done.

To be able to do a whole mile without stopping.

Buff class help by pushing me to the point where my body start telling me to stop but I still keep going.

To try my hardest and to not stop till I'm done.

I have seen some improvement in my endurance and strength also in the way I do my exercises.

Buff class is already great nothing really much to change.

He'll yean I have been noticing the changing in my body I fell faster stronger and buffer lol

By doing more new stuffs and carrying people it will be awsome if we carry people and do a squat at the samete that will be so cool

it could help me by making thing I can't do like push up and pull ups

By doing my best and trying hard in all the work they give me and not cheating beacuse it will not make me get stronger

yea I been seeming the changes in my body I look stinger and faster and I could pick up 30 punds of weights

If we had new stuffs that we never done before

i would like to run a mile in at least 8 minutes or less and be able to do a pull up

How can Buff Class help you achieve your goals?

It can help me by increasing my endurance and losing weight

What do you need to do to get the most out of Buff Class?

I should do the whole work out all the way through and not to cheat myself

What changes have you noticed, either physical or mental, since Buff Class started in September?

I noticed that I got thinner but i gained the weight during the break and that's it

Knowing what we have, how could class be better?

We should have relay races or little competitions between each other

I want to have a higher endurance so I can run for a long amount of time.

How can Buff Class help you achieve your goals?
It can push me to the limit unlike regular p.e. classes.

What do you need to do to get the most out of Buff Class?
I need to try hard and give Mr.Mccue my undivided attention while he's teaching something.

What changes have you noticed, either physical or mental, since Buff Class started in September?
I've noticed that ive been able to lift heavier things and do more push ups and pull ups.

Knowing what we have, how could class be better?
by having more easy but effective workouts.

I want to be able to run a 5k race, then eventually run a 10k as well. 

How can buff class help you achieve your goals?
By running and working on my lower
Body.

What do you need to do to get the most out of buff class?
You need to actually do the workouts and not cheat your way through them. You also need to push your body to the limit while doing the workouts even if your body is about to give out.

Have you noticed any changes either physical or mental,since buff class started?
A little bit, but I'm sure if I didn't have this class, I woulda gotten a bit chubbier.

Knowing what we have, how could class be better?
Everything is fine about the class, except we don't do much running. I would like to see some laps in the workouts.
