15 Press/Push Press
15 Front Squats
Students were instructed to "go heavy" when choosing their weight(barbell or dumbbell).
We ran 2 heats of this WOD. The students were in groups of two. One doing the workout and the other one counting proper reps and insuring good form. This was challenging for both individuals. It is always difficult to judge your peers and some had a tough time calling a missed rep and some had a tough time understanding that close enough was not good enough in this case. Everyone said it was harder to workout with someone counting for you.
