Since yesterday's class was partially spent getting a few items from the shipping warehouse I will just focus on today's class

We introduced a new exercise today, the pistol roll, as a precursor to doing pistols(one legged squats). Using that as our warmup, we transitioned to 3 sets of 5 Deadlifts. It is nice to see the students progressing with their lifts. Then
With Dumbbells AMRAP 10 minutes
5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Presses
