More Snatch practice today. We worked all five skills of the Burgener warmup; up and down, elbows high and outside, muscle snatch, snatch land and snatch drop. I am impressed at how easy the progression is to teach and also how quickly the students have picked it up.

More testing today.
400m run
Broad Jump
40m shuttle run
Unfortunately I won't be able to use the data from the shuttle run since the course was different. I'm pretty sure the run was up to 5 m longer than what we used back in March. I am looking forward to see the results of the mile tomorrow.
