Due to a minimum day today we had a very short class so it was just a quick warmup and then a WOD.
Warmup
3x 5 Forward Rolls
    10 Pullups
    15 Overhead Lunges

WOD
AMRAP 8 min
5 Deadlifts
10 Pushups
15 Wall Ball
