8 rounds each of 20 sec of work/10 sec rest
Burpees
Squats
Situps
Burpees

Update
Do 20 seconds of burpees then rest for 10 seconds. Do this seven more times then do 20 seconds of squats and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat seven more times. Do the same for the last two exercises.
